One of the primary objectives of the K-16 Collaborative is to improve access to in-demand, high-wage occupations for underrepresented student groups. </span
Our Region
Excellent DEI work is occurring throughout San Diego and Imperial counties. Here are a few currently available resources related to those efforts:

Our Grant
We plan to collaborate with our educational partners and the SDCOE to offer a session at the Equity Conference. We encourage your attendance!
We also plan to develop a community of practice to discuss ways we can collaborate and learn from each other.
Other areas of focus are equity-minded teaching practices and inclusive student supports. Stay tuned for more information about work being done in these areas.
