The K-16 Collaborative Border Region Talent Pipeline is a team of education, workforce, economic development and industry stakeholders committed to increasing access to high-wage, high-demand careers in business, computing, engineering, education and healthcare for diverse and underrepresented local talent in San Diego and Imperial Counties.

- Upgrade and align programs to industry standards and across segments;
- Participate in communities of practice focused on pathways, dual enrollment, DEI and student supports;
- Qualify your programs to become Verified Programs by industry;
- Paid student internships in selected pathways
K-12
- Support to implement the California College Guidance Initiative;
- Upgrade and align programs across segments, embedding equity-minded teaching practices and WBL;
- Participate in communities of practice;
- Improve student retention and success through inclusive supports and high-tech, high-touch advising;
- Increase A-G and Early College Credit opportunities
