All Virtual and In-Person Trainings must be completed before you start work!
ALL TRAININGS ARE MANDATORY AND YOU WILL BE PAID FOR YOUR TIME
Please review these New Hire resources to ensure that you are doing all the necessary training steps!
TRAINING SCHEDULE
STEP 1: Complete by Jan 7th
Initial Clearances: LiveScan and TB – these instructions came from your LEA (for San Marcos Unified students only, these instructions came from Manpower)
STEP 2: Complete ASAP in Jan (you cannot be paid for future trainings unless you complete this step):
Manpower Onboarding tasks – check your email for these instructions.
These tasks include: Manpower application, Harassment Prevention Training, and I-9 verification
– email your Harassment Prevention Training completion certificate to nicole@k16talentpipeline.org
STEP 3: Asynchronous Trainings to Complete on or before Jan 25th
- Mandated Reporter Training Online Course (approx. 2 hours)
– email completion certificate to nicole@k16talentpipeline.org - Canvas Course (approx. 3-4 hours)
– look for an enrollment email with an access link to the online Canvas course from Instructure Canvas titled “Course Invitation.”
STEP 5: Attend Mandatory In-Person Training Sessions during January on these dates (only attend one):
