I HAVE APPLIED TO POSITIONS, WHAT’S NEXT?

STEP 2:
During April 17 – May 9, if you have been selected for an interview, you will be notified directly from the work site via email or phone to schedule an interview during this time.

  • Have patience. Please be sure to check your email, including spam and junk folders!
  • This is a very competitive process. Not all students will be contacted for an interview.

STEP 3:
If you are interviewed on or before May 16, you will be notified if you are selected/not selected for the position. If you are selected, you need to accept or decline the offer within a couple of days. You can only accept one position.

STEP 4: Once you accept a position, you will be contacted by the K-16 Collaborative team to begin your onboarding process with Manpower (employer of record). You must select one of these dates/times for your virtual Manpower Onboarding.

  • Mandatory New Hire Manpower Virtual Onboarding date/times (hired students are required to attend one session)
    Monday, May 12 at 4pm-5pm
    Wednesday, May 21 at 12pm-1pm
    Wednesday, June 11 at 4-5pm
    Tuesday, June 17 at 10-11am

You may not begin working until your Manpower Onboarding is complete and after June 1st.
